Insurance
Call us before your visit with your plan name and we'll help you confirm your coverage. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.
Before you arrive
If your eyes are dilated
Dilating drops help the doctor see the inside of your eye. They can make your vision blurry, especially up close, and make you sensitive to light for a few hours. Some people prefer to have someone else drive them home.
Please don't send symptoms, medical history or insurance numbers by email, text or social media. We'll gather that information securely at your visit.

Booking
Online booking opens the appointment scheduler on LensCrafters in a new tab. Confirm Shaka Vision and the Kahului location before reserving. For specialty lenses, diabetes or a child’s changing prescription, call so we can confirm the visit type and your needs.
Sudden symptoms need prompt attention; don’t wait for an online appointment. For sudden vision loss or severe symptoms when you cannot reach us, seek emergency care.
